I have been making jewelry now for over 22 years, and it is my passion! It all began with my mother; she had retired because of her health and became very depressed. I saw a necklace making demo in a local bead store and thought this, this is something my mother and I could do together and would hopefully help her with her depression. Through it all, I discovered that Jewelry designing and making allowed her to have a purpose and passion that was truly a blessing to her and me!
Everywhere we went we hunted for anything we could use to make jewelry with! We went to garage sales, antique stores, thrift stores and flea markets. I was actually in a U-Haul rental store and noticed a cabinet with shiny sparkly things, I walked over to the cabinet and was I ever surprised, there were all kinds of jewelry pieces! So I rented a U-Haul trailer and bought a ton of awesome jewelry!
Getting my mother out junking/hunting helped with her depression but making jewelry became her passion. She wore her pieces to church and everyone loved them and would ask if she would make them a piece to go with a certain outfit. This really boosted her mental attitude! We continued making jewelry until her health would not allow her. She is gone now but the memories I have of junking/hunting for jewelry and making jewelry will always be with me.

I am a collector. I have been collecting things to make jewelry including vintage, broken, junk lots, found objects and semi precious gemstones for many years. Anything that catches my fancy is my love and passion; I believe that my creativity is endless and epic. I adore every piece in my collection and I offer it this way to you. I hope you can enjoy it the same way I do.

I evolve just like anybody else. For a number of years I have been quite passionate about recycling older jewelry as a personal attempt to be nicer to our planet as well as believe that we can be creative with absolutely anything, even though it might be broken. In fact most old jewelry that I collect is broken and it completely excites me that I can give it a new life. I can't wait to see where this journey takes me next!!

Vintage material is not always in perfect condition, but I like to think that any imperfection adds to the character and the uniqueness of each piece. I combine vintage components with newer elements to create a variety of one-of-a-kind jewelry. My jewelry is very eclectic and I love different textures, patterns and different color shades in my creations! I love over the top, long, expressive pieces and I appreciate anybody that likes my jewelry.
